Charlotte Tiered Maxi Dress in Navy & White

A Customer Favorite as well as my own, I designed this dress with a nod to a classic tuxedo ruffle for a bit of whimsy, but with a tailored cut.
It is flattering, has an empire waist at the right spot under bra line, three tiered bottom and pockets! 
The Charlotte silhouette comes in many iterations, so look for the tiered Short and the Charlotte Sheath.
